Berean Baptist Church is a fundamental, independent Baptist church that was established in 1964. Our members first met in a small chapel, then moved to a public school for worship servies. In 1978 God provided a much needed church building where we continue to serve God today. We are pleased to be members of the following organizations:     DelMarVa Baptist Fellowship, an association of independent Baptist  churches stretching across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. delmarvabaptist.org     General Association of Regular Baptist Churches.  A national fellowship of independent Baptist churches.                                                                                              www.garbc.org                                                                                         Pastor David Burman has been the pastor since December 2012.  He and his wife Beverly have five adult children and fifteen grandchildren.  Pastor Burman has been serving as a pastor since 1977.  He has pastored in Iowa, Nebraska and Illinois before coming to Berean Baptist Church.
